Nick Heap was born in Malvern, 1959. He studied at Birmingham School of Art and having lived in the Cotswolds, Devon and Hong Kong, Nick brings a unique eye to the British landscape.
Nick Heap has been an exhibitor at the National Portrait Gallery, The John Davies Gallery Cotswolds, The Mall Galleries and Outlined Gallery London and Sixteen Gallery Cheltenham amongst others.
He has shown in numerous solo and group exhibitions across the UK and has appeared a number of times on BBC discussing arts, creativity and copyright protection.
Over the decades Nick has worked in both figurative and abstract styles of painting, in places ranging from Hong Kong, the Cotswolds, Devon to the Yosemite Valley USA. Trained in Fine Art in Birmingham, he went on to become a finalist and exhibitor in the National Portrait Awards, a full-time artist, musician, film maker and an award-winning art director in the media industry. He now lives and works in Cheltenham UK.
