Signed in the plate offset lithographic poster from Picasso’s late period for an exhibition in Vallauris at the Galerie de la Colombe.


Created in 1969, this poster reproduces one of Picasso’s explorations of imaginary portraiture, where he deconstructs and reconfigures the human face to challenge conventional representation. The lithograph captures his inventive line work and structural experimentation, bridging classical portraiture with modern abstraction.


Picasso’s late portraits emphasise psychological insight and formal innovation, and the lithographic medium allows subtle gradations and precision that highlight his artistic intention.
