We've just cleared 1,500 sq ft of gallery storage space. And what did we find?
Hundreds and hundreds and hundreds of paintings, drawings and original prints.
From small curiosities to substantial and exquisite works exhibited and shown by John Davies Gallery over the past five decades!
So, we invite you to The Grand Stockroom Exhibition & Sale, opening on Easter Saturday - the 4th April, 10am-3pm - in the gallery. The walls will be full, the browsers packed and the discounts eye-watering! And, of course, there will be bubbles to accompany your hunt for treasures of all description!
As works are sold, new ones will emerge - so no two visits are the same. The sale continues until 30th May and we invite you to join us every Saturday from 10-3pm for 'Bubbles and a Rummage'.
NOTE: Due to there being around 500 artworks for sale in The Grand Stockroom Exhibition & Sale, only a select number will be published on our website at any time. All works are in the gallery - and the best way to view them is, in this instance, in person. It really is 'first in, best dressed' ... so please do come and visit us soon!
